I'd like to think that it's because we're so cerebral that we're simply thinking in a million directions at once:) I developed this theory after my 5 year old started stuttering. See, I was all worried that something was terribly wrong with him, and then the doctor assured me that it was just that he was thinking so quickly that his mouth just couldn't catch up. And now my kid is a genius(No verifiable evidence to back this up. This is just a mommy's opinion. LOL). So now that's my theory. That has to be what's wrong with me. LOL.

Kanga, They'd find out sooner or later. That's the thing about relationships, you can only hide your secrets for so long. It's best to just get it out in the open right now. LOL. And besides, I'd like to think that my 'scatterbrainess' is endearing and cute. Lord knows that my family gets a big laugh out of it. And any agent who takes me on will see that I have other redeeming qualities, I'm sure. *crosses her fingers*

P.S To any agent reading this, I'm not really that bad. I'm more dramatic than scatterbrained. LOL. Seriously, think about it. Would a scatterbrained educator stay employed for over 10 years, and receive the Golden Apple Nomination every single year? Nah.

Adina, Thanks! It was a huge step for me. And I'm so glad that I finally took it. I just know that I'm a writer deep down within my soul. I hope that tohers will see that, too.Jessica Stanfordhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17663056640003914857noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5413417912038727274.post-7429814301376101492011-01-16T07:48:24.819-05:002011-01-16T07:48:24.819-05:00Congratulations on submitting something to an agen...Congratulations on submitting something to an agent or agents! Ideas can pop into your head at the most inconvenient moments, who needs to concentrate on real life anyway ;)

Good luck with 100 books, I'm trying to plough through some novels this year, I hardly read any last year, it was all pbs. Now it seems my brain is cluttered with so many writing ideas and edits, there's barely room for anything else... lol!

Good luck with your challenge!
